Maximum precision and performance control, fast and even cooking, great practicality and ergonomics. These are the advantages of the second-generation GIOTTO electric rotating oven, redesigned using touchscreen technology. Thanks to the new touch screen control system it is possible to: independently and more precisely adjust the temperature of the chamber and cooking floor, control the power of the two groups of heating elements (top and bottom) from 0% to 100%, adjust the speed and the direction of rotation of the cooking floor and the extraction level of the hood; schedule cooking; schedule weekly starts; optimize energy consumption.
During transport and installation, it is possible to rotate the oven on the support equipped with wheels bringing the maximum dimensions to 79 cm in width and 196 cm in height to allow transit through normal doors.
